Shipping policy

We proudly ship all orders across Australia. Once your order is placed, please allow 2–14 business days for processing and dispatch. Delivery timeframes following dispatch are typically:

• Metro areas: 2–14  days

• Regional areas: 5–21 days

• Remote areas: up to 28 days

All orders should arrive within 28 days of purchase. If your order has not arrived within 28 days, please contact us directly and we will make it right.

Free shipping is included on all bundle orders. Standard shipping rates apply to individual pack orders at checkout.

Order Tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your order every step of the way.
