Our Return Policy
15-Pack (Starter Pack)
We understand you may want to try our strips before fully committing. If you are not satisfied with your 15-pack, we will accept a return and process a refund even if the pack has been opened. Simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase date to initiate your return.
60-Pack, 180 Bundle & 360 Bundle
Due to the nature of our product, returns on these items are accepted only if they are returned in the original, unopened condition in which they were sent. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, this does not apply and we will resolve it promptly under your ACL rights.
How to Return

Please Note
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• We strongly recommend using tracked postage when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit
• Refunds will not be processed until the item has been received and inspected by our team
