How To Apply A Turbo Flow Nasal Strip

Step One: Clean

After a busy day experiencing life, it’s important to wash away all the dirt and sweat that may have accumulated. A gentle wash will ensure the perfect adhesion. 

Step Two: Peel

Peel the two white tabs on the back of the nasal strip, ensure the centre is exposed. With your thumbs on the wings, place the centre of the nasal strip down onto the bridge of the nose. Once stuck on, peel the white tabs off completely and place firmly onto your nose.

Step Three: Press 

Press and hold the nasal strip onto your nose for 3 seconds.

Step Four: Breathe

All the hard work is done, now enjoy the experience of breathing through your nose.
